1. Email your documents to greg@obdesign.com.au or upload documents via our online submission form.
    Required Documents:
    • Site plan
    • Floor plans (with areas nominated)
    • Elevations
    • Sections
    • Window sizes or Window Schedule – Height & Width (including existing windows)
    • Proposed heating/cooling type
    • Is evaporative cooling proposed?
    Note: PDF documents are preferred.
  2. A fee estimate, (based on the supplied documents) and an Authorisation request will be emailed to you.
  3. Reply to the Estimate email to authorise us to proceed with the report.
  4. Once we receive authorisation we will issue an invoice.
  5. Once payment has cleared we will proceed with the report.
  6. When the report is complete it will be emailed to you.
